Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, camp won't be running this year. The leaders have prepared a short video below, and some ideas for activities:


Camp yellow activities - lockdown edition

  1. Go one step (many steps) more than Cadair Idris! Climb either 475 flights of stairs or walk 7120 steps – then you will have climbed Mount Snowdon!
  2. Beaver-whacking or bivouacking? In 2020 the year of staying inside we want you to make the best blanket fort possible.
  3. Are you a Chungman’s Chump or a Chungman’s Champ? Can you make a good prop as a Yellow Camp Mascot – we want to see these in 2021!
  4. Try to recreate one of Pam’s tidy meals! Options: Pam’s Pizza night, Pam’s roast dinner, CAKE!

Josef and Emma have both attended CCIW camps for many years as both campers and officers and first met on camp when they were 11! They now live in Kent with their two children, Samuel and Amie. They are members of Emmanuel Church Canterbury.
