A deposit of £20.00 must be paid with bookings. The full amount is due 3 months before the start of the camp.
For those in financial need, there are discounts available, which you can apply for as part of the booking process.
The above prices cover food and all whole-camp activities. Transport to and from camp is not included. On some camps there may be the option to do an additional activity from an external provider (e.g. paintballing, rock-climbing), and these cost extra. Campers should bring money to cover these if they want to do them, along with any pocket money for spending in the camp tuck shop, book shop or in local towns or shops they might visit.
Onlne booking
You can book and pay online, providing you have a debit card, credit card, or PayPal account.
If you book online, you can see how many places there are left in real time, and your place will be confirmed immediately. This will also save CCiW volunteers time, and save you money if you book before the early bird cutoff date.
When you book online, if you book more than 3 months before the camp start date, you can choose to pay either the full amount, or the just deposit, just like paper bookings. 3 months before camp starts you will be asked to pay the full amount.
Officers and leaders
If you are wanting to come on camp as a leader/officer, you cannot book a place using this system – please instead see the information about applying to be a leader or officer.
Paper booking
We are encouraging all bookings to be made online. However, we try to make the booking form available online as a PDF file, so that you can download and print your own if necessary. There is no paper booking form for 2024 available yet but watch this space.
If you would like a booking form sent in the post and are not on our distribution list (or have not received a booking form and think you should have), please use the contact form to request one. Please remember to include your address so that we can post one. If you are ordering a large number of booking forms, please include your telephone number so that we can verify the request.

Cheques must be payable to “Christian Camps in Wales”.
However, if you have started the booking process online, please pay online, rather than sending cheques, and contact us if you have any problems. This will save us time - we are all volunteers!
