Prices 2026

Book online now!

Full price £195.00
2nd camper from the same family £165.00
Subsequent children from the same family £130.00

For those in financial need, there are discounts available, which you can apply for as part of the booking process.

The above prices cover food and all whole-camp activities. Transport to and from camp is not included. On some camps there may be the option to do an additional activity from an external provider (e.g. paintballing, rock-climbing), and these cost extra. Campers should bring money to cover these if they want to do them, along with any pocket money for spending in the camp tuck shop, book shop or in local towns or shops they might visit.

Booking process information

To ensure a fair and reliable booking process, CCiW has updated how campers are booked due to high demand in previous years.

Booking Period: 1st February to 1st March

  • During this period, bookings are not "first come, first served"
  • Places may be booked at any point during the period
  • All information entered at the time of booking must be accurate
  • No deposit is required during the booking phase
  • If you have special requirements (like children with special needs), please ensure you book early in this period, by 22nd February at the latest, to ensure there is time for the place to be approved

Oversubscribed Camps

If a camp is oversubscribed after the booking period closes, places will be allocated automatically using the following priority order:

  1. Children of CCiW leaders or officers currently serving
  2. Returning campers (prioritised by number of years previously attended, on any CCiW camp)
  3. Campers who were on the waiting list last year and not offered a place
  4. Campers with a sibling attending the same camp
  5. Remaining places allocated by lottery, subject to availability

Multiple Camp Applications

If a camper is given a place on one camp, any other applications will be treated as lowest priority. CCiW cannot guarantee which place will be allocated first.

Notifications

Families will be informed by 15th March whether:

  • their child has been offered a place, or:
  • their child has been placed on the waiting list.

Camp leaders will send out an email with the kit list and other relevant information later, about a month before camp.

Payment Information

  • Full payment is due by 31st March.
  • If payment is not received, or a payment plan has not been agreed by this date, the place will be offered to the next camper on the waiting list.

Payment Plans

  • Families requiring a payment plan must contact the Bookings Secretary by 31st March.
  • Failure to do so will result in the place being offered to the next camper.

Waiting List

  • All bookings made during the initial booking period that are not given places remain on the waiting list in their ranked order.
  • Any bookings made after this point will be added below the original group, in date order.

Cancellations

  • Full refunds (minus a £30.00 booking fee) for cancellations up to 30th June
  • After that, a 50% refund, unless there are exceptional circumstances
  • To cancel a place, please contact the Bookings Secretary.
