You have to go to your own settings page and follow the instructions there. The limitations I am currently imposing are: No bigger than 48 x 48 pixels No bigger than 5k in size Image format must be GIF, PNG or JPEG Also, your web browser must be able to do the file upload method - not all bowsers can.
