I also had locusts when I was younger! My mum borrowed them when she was doing the story of the 10 plagues in Egypt at sunday school!! I'm going to get some goldfish to go in my room where Frodo was.

We've got 2 cats. My brother used to have a snake! It bit my mum once! Fortunately it wasn't poisonous!

Yeah, it does sound a bit weird. The vet just gave him an injection like they do when they put other animals down.

I cried when Frodo died.
He had to be put down by the vet.
Sorry about your guinea pig

Yeah, I think I did look after him well. I had him for over 4 years. I had gerbils before I had Frodo.

Cool! I love frogs !! I have sooo much frog stuff- my whole bedroom is covered in frogs! I used to have a pet tree frog, but he died in October
I usually use the NIV. I also have the Message, which I think can be helpful sometimes. At our church we usually use the ESV and the NKJV. I also have a Welsh Bible, but I don't understand much of it because I don't know enough Welsh!

Thanks.
Yes, God is very good. I guess God will still listen because when Jesus died he forgave all my future sins as well. I think sin can still kind of mess up our relationship with God even if we are Christians though. Grace isn't an excuse to keep on sinning.
Going back to the fear thing, I found a good Bible verse:
'I sought the LORD and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fear.' Psalm 34v4

I can't rememeber the exact passage, but I think it was a psalm and it said something like 'God wouldn't have heard me if I'd had sin in my heart'

Thanks.
I was just worried because I heard a preacher say that if your continuing to do the same sin knowingly, God doesn't hear when you pray, and I quite often get scared, and the only thing I can think of to help when I'm scared is praying, so I was worried that if fear was a sin God wouldn't hear me when I prayed when I was scared.

Ok, thanks.
So, is it ok to get scared of stuff sometimes, or does it mean you aren't trusting God enough?

Me and my brother used to do that!
Can I ask another question?
Is fear a sin?
Is fear a sin?
