ooo! ok stu i have a question. why is the christian fish symbol a fish? it's gt something to do with the Bible yeh? i use to know the reason behind it but i've forgotten!!!  oh another question, have you read 'The Shadow of The Almighty'?

neither can i! i found this out on the (indoor) camp i went on! we did dancing sum nites it was fun but i cudn't do it! good job the boy was leading cos i cud blame it on him but one nite we did street dancin and i cudn't do it 2 save my life i was at the front with all the good ppl which was a mistake! all the rubbish ppl were at the back so i looked out of place and i gave up and went and laughed at every1 instead!

+ Correct me if I'm wrong; the Icthus (fish) was also used as a sign between christians to show the fellowship of christians after Christ's death as a secret sign, as the people of Christ were being persecuted. |

also the romans used it to see if the people were christians by drawing half a fish in the ground, if the person was a christian they would have to complete the fish they would then be thrown in the ampi-theatre but that probably has no relavence! i just remember learning that in history!

that's really funny coz i found out last night when foffy, peather and mummy were reunited, but nm coz u probably explain it better than heather did. wow, u sound like a teacher. a good one though! yeh i was confused when on something it had 'ICHTHUS' written. yeh there are a lot of fish in the Bible!

i have a weird question, You know dinosaurs, well would they have been around when like Adam and Eve were? and if so then how come the dino's didn't eat them?(cool about the fish thing by the way) |

i think this is right, but i could b wrong? - it was because adam and eve were in a perfect world, and no animals ate any other animals, the lion and the lamb lived peacefully together(i think theres a verse saying something similar to this), therfore bfore they sinned any dinosaures if there were any, wouldnt have eaten them. however, i have no idea about after they sinned... |
