CCIW website bugs

This is the place to register any bugs or feature requests for the CCIW website. Please read this page before entering your first bug.

To enter or edit a bug report, you will need to click on the 'Login' link above, and both the username and password are 'cciw'.

You can add new bugs/requests using the 'New Ticket' button above. When filling the ticket out:

  • Please leave your email address so that we can get in contact for more information.
  • Please limit each bug report to a single bug or problem, and please be as specific as possible and give as much detail about the bug as possible.
  • The most important things to get right are the 'short summary' and the 'full description':

Short summary

The short summary should be a single sentence describing the problem clearly.

Good example: 

  With Internet Explorer 5.5, clicking the 'log out' button doesn't do anything

Bad example: 

  Can't logout

Full Description

This should give as much detail as you think is relevant. In particular, please ensure the following things are covered:

  1. What web browser you are using, including the version (e.g Internet Explorer 6, Firefox 1.0)
  2. The steps taken to reproduce the problem, including the URL (address) of any relevant pages.
  3. What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.

If you saw an error message, please copy and paste the error message into the full description. If the error message goes over multiple lines, it is often helpful to use triple braces which are a special formatting code to preserve the formatting of the messsage, as below:

Always add your email address so you can be contacted for more information if necessary.
